Fitness: Non-traditional exercise
This weekend I had the privilege of taking an amazing hike through the waterfalls in Bushkill, PA. It was so beautiful and a thrilling experience. Not only was the scenery beautiful but it was an amazing workout! Climbing up numerous cliffs had my glutes and thighs were on fire. At times we become so fixed on our regular workout routine that we don't look outside the box to stay in shape. This weekend I burned 500 calories on a 2 hour hike. It did not even feel like work. I challenge you out there to come up with new creative ways to stay in shape! Ways that get you out of the gym and into a different element.
