HH: Intermittent Fasting
Intermittent fasting is an eating protocol that cycles between a period of fasting and non-fasting over a defined period.
My interest in this way of eating peaked when I realized I could mimic some of the same benefits I experience when I am on a full fast. I also love the idea of creating more simplicity and minimalism in my diet.
There is tons of information on this concept online, one of my favorite leaders in the field of fasting is Dr. Jason Fung who has written the book Obesity Code.
