Food: Spice up your water

Lately I have been having a little fun with my water. Over the weekend, I added fresh mint, lime and black berries and turned my water into something completely different and delicious. Today I added two cucumber slices to my water jar and it gave my water that something extra I was craving. Try the same thing with your water. Add things like pomegranate seeds, carrot sticks, orange slices, blueberries, ginger or mint. My rule of thumb is picking a fruit, veggie or herb that isn’t going to break up easily in the water and also something that taste delicious.
